Fee Structure

Rates for a half day Mediation (10:00 - 1:00) are $1,000 plus HST, and for a full day they are $2,000 plus HST.  I reserve the right to charge an additional amount if there are voluminous productions.
My rates are premised upon $250 per hour, so any additional time will be billed at that rate.

Terms of Payment

Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoiced date.

Cancellation Policy

• If a Mediation is cancelled within two months of the Mediation date, the following applies. If the Mediation is immediately rebooked and completed on the rescheduled date, there is no charge. If a rebooked Mediation is, subsequently, cancelled at any point thereafter, the cancellation fee, as set out below, is charged.
• If a Mediation is cancelled within two months of the Mediation date and is not rebooked, the charge is $1,000 plus HST.
