Please review the calendar below to determine availability. 

Once the parties have agreed upon a date, provide particulars by email (kdycha@mnsi.net).
Please include the following details: Full/Half day required, identity of counsel, and venue.
I will confirm your choice of date by return email and will remove the date from the calendar. 

NB - the date is not confirmed until verified by email exchange. 

Serve the Notice of Name of Mediator, or other confirmatory correspondence, by email (kdycha@mnsi.net).
Cancellation of Mediation dates cannot be made via the calendar, but must be made by email (kdycha@mnsi.net).
